1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping options and cost

Free Standard Shipping is applied automatically to United States orders with a subtotal of $70.00 or more. Surface Reset is priced at $89.95, so a single-unit order qualifies for free Standard Shipping.

For United States orders with a subtotal below $70.00, Standard Shipping is $8.00.

Express Shipping is $15.00 when it is available for your address.

The shipping options available to you, and their exact cost, are shown at checkout before you pay. The rates shown at checkout are the final shipping charge for that order.

3. Order processing and delivery estimates

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed. We do not publish a guaranteed processing time or delivery date. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout comes from the carrier and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If we expect a delay on your order, we will email you at the address used at checkout.

4. Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking information can take some time to update after the carrier's first scan. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

5. Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to sender because the address was incorrect or incomplete, contact us at elenardiconsulting@gmail.com and we will arrange reshipment with you.

6. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking has stopped updating, or your package arrives damaged, email elenardiconsulting@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

If a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then contact us at elenardiconsulting@gmail.com so we can investigate.
