Use the Link in Your Shipping Email
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it is available. That tracking link is the fastest way to follow your package. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Check Your Customer Account
If customer accounts are available for your order, you can log in here using the email address used at checkout to review order information.
Tracking Has Not Updated Yet
Carrier tracking can take time to show its first scan after a label is created. Delivery scans and updates can also be delayed. If your tracking appears significantly delayed or you cannot locate a package marked delivered, contact us so we can review the available tracking information.
