About Surface Reset

What is Surface Reset?
Surface Reset is a dedicated vacuum designed for a focused second pass on soft surfaces such as mattresses, sofas, upholstered seating, and pet beds.

Does Surface Reset replace my regular vacuum?
No. Keep using your everyday vacuum for general household cleaning, floors, visible crumbs, and loose debris. Surface Reset is designed as a separate tool for a focused soft-surface routine.

What surfaces can I use it on?
It is intended for common soft household surfaces including mattresses, sofas, upholstered seating, and pet beds. Always follow the product instructions and use care on delicate materials.

Is it useful in homes with pets?
Yes. Surface Reset is positioned for soft surfaces that pets frequently use, including sofas, beds, upholstered furniture, and pet beds. It does not replace normal pet-hair removal or your regular household cleaning routine.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add Surface Reset to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. Shopify will send an order confirmation to the email address used at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact elenardiconsulting@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to update or cancel the order if fulfillment has not begun. Once fulfillment has started or the order has shipped, our return process applies.

I did not receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us using the email address you used at checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available options for your destination are shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Surface Reset at $89.95 qualifies at its current regular price. Express Shipping is $15 when offered at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Delivery estimates, when available, can vary by destination, carrier, holidays, weather, and fulfillment conditions.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending an item back. Full terms are available in our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What should I do?
Email elenardiconsulting@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video when helpful. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After Surface Reset processes the refund, your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.

What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods currently available to you are displayed securely at checkout.

Is checkout secure?
Checkout is processed through Shopify and its supported payment infrastructure. Surface Reset does not receive your full payment-card number through normal Shopify checkout.
