Refund & Return Policy

1. Our 30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

2. How to start a return

Email elenardiconsulting@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and confirm the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Who pays for return shipping

If the return is the result of our error — the wrong item, a defective item, or damage in transit — Surface Reset covers the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us at elenardiconsulting@gmail.com right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have and place a separate order for the replacement once the return is accepted.

6. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, email elenardiconsulting@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can cancel or change an order only while it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it has to be handled as a return.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If it is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing and posting times are set by your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.

If your refund has been approved and you still do not see it on your statement after your bank's normal processing period, email elenardiconsulting@gmail.com and we will follow up with you.
