Where We Ship
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping options available for your destination are shown at checkout.
Shipping Cost
Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Surface Reset, currently priced at $89.95, qualifies at its regular current price.
Express Shipping is $15 when offered for your destination and order at checkout.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times are displayed when available and may vary by destination, carrier, fulfillment conditions, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Delays, Lost Packages & Damage
If a package appears lost, is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or tracking shows a delivery you cannot locate, contact us at elenardiconsulting@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the issue.
